Job Responsibility

The Technical Manager will be responsible for manage Autocal Solutions Pvt Ltd, main calibration lab which include Mass, ET, Thermal, Pressure, Flow Dimensional lab & handle the 30 to 40 staff members.

Supervise calibration Lab department staff. Planning, organizing, and monitoring calibration assignments and ensuring work expectations for scope, schedule, cost and responsiveness.
• Coordinate the training of technical staff of laboratory
• Monitor daily attendance, activities, Sales & billing to ensure target commitment.
• Work flow/priority management.
• Employee Performance Evaluations.
• Maintain ISO 17025 Calibration Quality System Requirements.
• Administrate monthly random uncertainty testing.
• Proficiency testing.
• Issue corrective actions as outlined in 17025.
• Increase through-put of calibration department.
• Consistently align procedures vs. actual processes.
• Develop new test procedures, establish template calibration certificates, and implement the control of all documents as part of the QMS.
• Develop a master list of all calibration equipment necessary for standard calibration station.
• Eliminate unnecessary/redundant tests with management approval
• Provide data feedback to Management to improve robustness and cycle time of products.
• Develop current state/future state for calibration department.
• Continuously improve on-time delivery to 100% for internal/external customers by reducing test/calibration time.
• Coordinate with NABL

Summary The primary responsibilities include preparing and executing validation IQ, OQ and PQ protocols for PLC SCADA AND HMI. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also be familiar with computerized systems, plant equipment, laboratory equipment, facilities, utilities, process control systems, for our clients in support of GMP/FDA requirements. Prior calibration services experience will be a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Not for Trainees.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Computer Science.
• 5-7 years’ experience in FDA related manufacturing or laboratory operations.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, pharmaceutical GMPs (21 CFR 210 and 211) and/or ISO regulations.
• Provide accurate and timely reports of serviced equipment and customer account information.
• Control and maintain all assets needed to perform tasks such as tools, parts and test equipment.
• Create and execute written qualification protocols and accurately record, compile and summarize results using good documentation practices.
• Familiar with pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device manufacturing process, facilities and equipment, calibration, IQ, OQ, PQ and development of SOPs.
• Experience with software and process control applications is desirable- GAMP 5 guidance familiarity a plus.
• Establish and maintain close communication with assigned clients to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Ability to plan and prioritize diversified workload independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills ensuring the ability to interact with clients and peers in a professional manner.

For Trainee Engineer, will be taken under apprentice act Stipend of Rs 8,000/-month Net will be paid. All the statupory labour laws and regulation payments will be made, Candidate will be covered under ESIC, EPF as regulated. The Stipend will be revised after 6 months to Rs 12,000/- after test, suitability, evaluation and undertaking of Bond for 2 years after completion of training period of One year. The salary after One year of training will be 1,50,000/- CTC to 2,60,000/- CTC range.
